Need two leaks repaired in my home sprinkler system. A car ran over one of my sprinklers and snapped the supply line near the sprinkler. This has happened twice. Asking for someone to fix it and come up with a solution to prevent this happening again (sprinkler slightly too tall). Also have a leak in the backyard sprinkler system T-piece next to the solenoid valves (I have the replacement T-piece, just needs to be installed). Also looking for help/advice on how to improve sprinkler coverage in front lawn (have some dead spots). Master Bedroom - door frame painting not completed. Ensuite - patch of painting not completed (Toilet) Toilet Door - top and bottom not sealed as per wet area standards. WIR - ceiling has a hole needs to be patched and painted. Garage patch on ceiling not painted. Bedroom 2 - top of door only under-coated. Bathroom door not sealed top and bottom as per wet area standards. Bed 4 - Door frame paint has been stripped away to bare frame. Needs to be repainted Bed 3 and 4 - doorframe joins only undercoated. Kitchen - one undercoat painting near alfresco door, pain cornice cracking and visible painting patched on cornice near scullery. Laundry Door - grooves have not been painted both sides. - Due date: Flexible

To remove two small patches approx. 25cm by 17cm of carpet on stairs wall, cover, patch with plaster and paint. Remove and replace first step of stairs with carpet provided by owner. - Due date: Before Saturday, 27 August 2022

I have a Platsa Ikea cupboard I need stacked and fixed (drilled) to the wall. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 27 June 2022
