I’m looking for an experienced and careful handyman to help seal small gaps in ceiling bulkheads. There are approximately 6–10 small openings along the bulkhead edges in the kitchen, living area and entry. These gaps are not visible from below, so a cosmetic finish is not required. I just want them properly sealed to prevent dust, airflow and insects. No electrical work, no ducting work is required. Wiring and equipment must not be touched. I’m looking for someone reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented rather than rushed work. Some gaps are larger (up to approx. 20cm), but all are in non-visible areas inside bulkheads.

We recently had our house repainted and are now looking to have some mirrors hung up, plus a bunch of pictures (or placement hooks for when we gather it all). In total there are three mirrors that need hanging (of varying sizes) and approximately 15 pictures/hooks. This does include a staircase where we would like 3 picture hooks - so a ladder would likely be required for this week.
