Need someone to concrete a small portion in the ground outside kitchen backdoor; then do few touch up paintings around the patio area

Looking for someone to put my garden shed together. It would be located out the front of my house, concrete slab already poured for installation of shed. 3mx1500.

Remove bathroom ceiling light, heat and fan unit and replace with new unit. New unit is like for like and just a plug and go one.
