Apply beading of flexible sealant over the top of the MG14 to perimeter and wall to wall joints Manually rake out grout to the 2.5 walls and regrout using white grout with additive to the wall grout joints (not applicable to butt jointed tiles or cement grout).

Im needing x2 people to construct/erect/build/put together a 3m x 3m garden shed. The shed is purchased i just need it built - including bolting it to the existing cement slab. You will need your own tools - pop rivet gun, extension cords, cement drill etc - can provide o/d power supply. Experience in constructing and building/putting a garden shed up is a must. Will directly deposit the funds once the job is done - you will need to supply bank details. 1 days work only - (5 hrs wrk per person - $125 each) need it completed by 4pm - can start at 9.00am

Install door stoppers for 10 rooms (3 will require tile drill bit to install at tile skirting) Airtasker to provide all labour, tools, equipment and any other consumables for the job

We need an electrician to install or replace 5 ceiling fans, 10 down lights & 1 dome light Living room: - replace 2 down lights (same holes) - install 4 down lights (new holes, already drilled) - remove 2 ceiling fans (my husband will do patch up afterwards) - install 1 larger fan in a more central spot (new hole, already drilled) Master: - install 1 new down light (new hole, already drilled) - replace 1 ceiling fan (same spot) 3 other bedrooms: - replace fans with new fans (all in the same spots) Hall: - replace 2 down lights (same holes) Toilet: - replace bayonet with down light (same spot) All fans & lights will already be purchased by us - they will all be the arlec grid connect style except the one larger fan in the living room will be the brand fan force. All fans will have remotes but the lights will get wired to the switches I assume (happy to be guided by our electrician) Please let me know if you need any extra details. Happy to provide. Split spring on roller door, as seen in photo, requires replacement.

There are 3 windows which are sliding down type with spring loaded mechanism. Those do not close fully anymore. Please check photos and let me know if you need more information.

We got 2 new bookcases and the top and bottom cornices mean they don't fit side by side. Can you take off the cornice and tidy the side - and we can push them together
