I have a bedroom door that is scratching my floorboards. I presume the hinges need adjusting or perhaps a tiny bit needs to be planed off the bottom.

Looking for a builder for commercial kitchen I'm Buderim. 3x4 m2 kitchen area, 3x3 front of house area. Work need to be done: Plumbing for sinks,combi oven, coffee machine. Hot water system. Electrcity for combi oven, appliances and lights. The lease is from 1 st of August. I hope the work can be done within a month.

We are moving into a new house at Buderim and I would like two separate doggie doors that I have purchased from Bunnings installed so our Border Collie can come in and out of the house to do her business. The security doors currently have smaller doors installed but they will be too small for our size dog so I would like the larger doors installed in these doors.

Stuck sliding cavity door repair

1. Replace current ply floor, preferably with marine plywood as it is sealed, ensuring it’s structurally sound 2. Apply new marine carpet to new floor 3. Replace floor lid at front of tinnie (where the life jackets are kept) and apple new marine carpet 4. Replace current plastic fishing rod holders with new ones (refer to photos) We can supply material or you can if you get wholesale/trade prices. Open to suggestion how we can do this cost effectively, but aim for longevity.

Small ceiling and cornice set one wall

I need 4 x A1 sized framed pictures hung. Two in the hallway, two in the kitchen. Walls are plasterboard. Prefer picture hooks or mounting hardware is supplied. See photos of frame and mounting points.

This is not an easy task. Experience a must and you would need the correct gear / ladder / safety or otherwise to complete. The boards are on the second story of a house and there’s not a lot of room to place a scaffold down so a ladder or similar approach would be best. There’s 3 large planks on the main roof ( about 3-4m each ) and 2 on smaller sections (approx 2m) that need to be replaced. It’s the Facia board just under the flashing facing out, so the top cap flashing would come off to get to that plank. It’s an old building but solid. We can supply or buy the wood planks when sizes are known. Each plank could be done one by one if needed with no real rush - could be done over a couple of weekends. Viewing before acceptance can be arranged this weekend.
