My landlords are being pains and saying we need to fix these dents in their garage door that I think a neighbourhood kid caused. We have no access to the inside of the garage, it’s not included in our lease but they say we are in breach because it’s damage to the premises.

Cut down to size - down to 220cm width and install roller blind onto windows frame. It’s a sliding door so needs to be installed on the outer of the frame.

Remove old letterbox post & install new letterbox on fence. Probably need to dig down to concrete & cut off with angle grinder (which can be supplied). Install new letterbox on opposite fence.

- Remove old blind rails from 4 windows - install 4 new roller blinds - remesh fly screens (about 6 screens combination of windows and doors) - knock down and take away brick letterbox (see pic of letterbox)

Cut and install roller blinds- need someone who has the appropriate blind cutting tools
