I have two large holes in my drywall that I need patching. It needs to look seamless as my new tiles won’t cover the whole area.

We are preparing a small two-bedroom unit in Coolum Beach for sale and need an experienced kitchen/cabinet installer to attend the property, inspect and accurately measure the existing kitchen, bathroom vanity and laundry cabinetry. The kitchen is the priority. We are considering a cost-effective Kaboodle/Bunnings solution rather than custom cabinetry. This $200 task is for the onsite inspection, measuring and written advice only. It does not include installation or materials. Required deliverables: • Inspect the existing cabinetry and advise what can be retained, resurfaced or should be replaced • Accurately measure all relevant spaces, cabinets, panels, benchtops and appliance openings • Recommend the exact Kaboodle/Bunnings cabinets, doors, panels, fillers, kickboards, benchtops and fittings required • Provide sizes, quantities and preferably product names or codes so we can purchase the correct materials • Identify any plumbing, electrical, demolition or other trade requirements • Provide a separate itemised fixed-price quote for removal and installation The objective is a clean, neutral and cost-effective result suitable for resale—not a premium custom renovation. Please only offer if you have proven Kaboodle or flat-pack kitchen installation experience. Include examples of previous work and confirm whether you could undertake the installation later if your quote is suitable.

I have inherited an issue in the warehouse I lease. A join in the upstairs (Mezzanie) level ceiling is coming loose. Looks like someone has attempted to glue it together before. It is too high for my standard ladder to reach (and I am vertically challenged) so need someone with a tall trade ladder and some gyprock joining skills. Doesn't need to be pretty, just needs to be safe.

Remove old blinds and install two Roman blinds I need two older double roller blinds with curved metal fascias removed and two new Bijou Linen Oatmeal Roman Blinds installed. I tried removing the existing blinds myself, but the mounting screws appear inaccessible behind fixed metal clips, and I do not want to damage the window frames. Need someone to hang 5 paintings (light), install 2 floating shelves (light) , and mount our house number 8 and put up 2 hooks outside. My double hung window needs someone who can take out a screw. Ive cleaned the windows and put them back in the wrong way round and now can’t get the screw out. I need someone with a hammer drill to get the screw out n I can do the rest!

We need to extend a wall down our driveway to create more privacy. Apparently it can be done with hard wood & cement sheeting rather than besser blocks. (The wall will be covered in limestone eventually - which I can do). There’s a pre existing fence there that can be build around & used for extra strength or removed.
