We need an experienced locksmith or door technician to fix a slamming door. The door slams violently upon closing (see attached video). We have previously adjusted the S (Sweep) and L (Latch) valves, but the settings don't hold, and it reverts back to slamming after several days. We need someone to check if the unit can be repaired or needs a full replacement. -Replacement: If needed, supply and install a high-quality, heavy-duty commercial closer (e.g., LCN, Ryobi, or equivalent). Calibration: Ensure the final install has a smooth, controlled "sweep" and a quiet "latch." Replace 3m x .9m wide fibre cement sheeting same as existing, it aroond a outdoor shower roughin, will neec to be looked at as some of the ali trim on both sides may need replacing

Front wall needing rendering repairs from a sign taken down and some holes along a fence wall

To install and assemble a new clothesline with stand. Will need to be small amount of concrete to hold frame into grass area.

Lampshade won’t stay on , thinking may need plugs inside changed seems to be the fixture inside isn’t holding the shade on . Lamp is a very heavy one shade is nice.

So there is already a ceiling but no sound proof insulation maybe I need more plasterboard ?

The leak worsens during heavy rainfall, with water coming down through the return duct (photos attached for reference from today's heavy rainfall) Job Requirements: • Access the HVAC unit on the roof and inspect all surrounding areas. • Thoroughly seal all corners and potential leakage points around the HVAC unit. • Ensure that all work is waterproof to withstand heavy rainfall. Additional Details: • You will need to bring your own tools and materials for sealing. Also your own ladder for access to the warehouse roof. • Please ensure safety protocols are followed, as roof access is required.
