Hang ceiling mounted curtain rail

I need maybe 6 pictures hung, 1 decorative mirror , 2x TV onto mounts that i have. I’d like a hook and memo board hung too. Then my basket fell off the front of my bike and i’d like that fixed but don’t have of the screws for that. I also probably need someone who can bring the right nails etc.

Roller blind on small lover window has fallen down and needs to be repaired/refit to the window

We need an experienced locksmith or door technician to fix a slamming door. The door slams violently upon closing (see attached video). We have previously adjusted the S (Sweep) and L (Latch) valves, but the settings don't hold, and it reverts back to slamming after several days. We need someone to check if the unit can be repaired or needs a full replacement. -Replacement: If needed, supply and install a high-quality, heavy-duty commercial closer (e.g., LCN, Ryobi, or equivalent). Calibration: Ensure the final install has a smooth, controlled "sweep" and a quiet "latch." Replace 3m x .9m wide fibre cement sheeting same as existing, it aroond a outdoor shower roughin, will neec to be looked at as some of the ali trim on both sides may need replacing

Front wall needing rendering repairs from a sign taken down and some holes along a fence wall

To install and assemble a new clothesline with stand. Will need to be small amount of concrete to hold frame into grass area.

Replace older fans two new ones already purchased ready to install

Lampshade won’t stay on , thinking may need plugs inside changed seems to be the fixture inside isn’t holding the shade on . Lamp is a very heavy one shade is nice.

So there is already a ceiling but no sound proof insulation maybe I need more plasterboard ?

Need to re attach handrail to the wall - plaster behind has become crumbly. Also need to re attach shelf rail - bolt has come loose and missing plus glue back on part of a toilet

The room is the old laundry which was converted to an office. The door leads outside, I would like to close up the doorway. Have the inside plaster board installed.
