We need an experienced locksmith or door technician to fix a slamming door. The door slams violently upon closing (see attached video). We have previously adjusted the S (Sweep) and L (Latch) valves, but the settings don't hold, and it reverts back to slamming after several days. We need someone to check if the unit can be repaired or needs a full replacement. -Replacement: If needed, supply and install a high-quality, heavy-duty commercial closer (e.g., LCN, Ryobi, or equivalent). Replace 3m x .9m wide fibre cement sheeting same as existing, it aroond a outdoor shower roughin, will neec to be looked at as some of the ali trim on both sides may need replacing

We have a hole in the flyscreen door. Need the mesh removed and replaced (I have the flyscreen material to replace it with). I don’t have any tools. My brother normally replaces it and it only takes him 10 minutes but he’s away.

Remove old Clothesline from outside wall and install new one. Drilling into brickwork is necessary so bring the right equipment

Downlight one bulb needs changed and toilet seat needs fixed
