Just knocked out a wall to create more room. We need two cornices on both sides of an exposed beam we put in for roof support - approximately 3.2 metres wide. Varying patching to be done - 2 that are 2mx10cm, a roof patch 1mx20cm a a few small wall patches. Also need cornicing reattached to the roof in one of the bedrooms. No skirting needed at the moment as we will eventually re do the floors.

Source handle (2nd hand fine) and install on broken door - Due date: Before Monday, 22 January 2024
