I am needing a qualified electrician to remove an existing ceiling fan and install a new one. New ceiling fan will be supplied on site. Disposal of the old ceiling fan is also required.

2 deck areas in rectangles joined together sizes are 12 multiplied by 24 feet and 21 multiplied by 7.2

Attach a roller blind to a kitchen window. Reattach a kitchen cupboard door that has come off

Install new rotary clothes line and concrete in base

Repair board replacement of skirting boards and replacement of tile on the floor

Fly screens dirty after construction, have decided to replace with higher quality mesh style screens. Harder to install than normal fly screens. One has been done, there are 5 more (3 screens in each sliding door panel, see pic) I will provide the mesh as well as an area to remove and replace screens from frames. I have the tool for pushing down screen cord into frame. I'm hoping for a high quality finish that doesn't look obvious that they've been replaced.

I have two ceiling fans that I would like replaced. I have the fans only need them to be installed.
