I’m looking for an experienced renderer/plasterer or handyman with experience repairing render affected by water damage. There are several areas around that need inspection and repair. Main job includes: * Assess water-damaged render. * Remove any loose or damaged render/paint. * Repair and patch the affected render so it blends with the existing finish. * Treat any efflorescence or moisture damage where required (note the leak has been fixed by a plumber) * Sand and prepare the repaired areas ready for painting and paint There are also a few additional repair areas around the house, including: * Patches where a hot water system was replaced. * A few other small damaged render areas. Hi, I'm looking for someone experienced with plasterboard/drywall repairs to fix a damaged wall before this Friday. The wall had a hole approximately the size of a bicycle handlebar. A repair attempt was made using patching compound and paint, but the area is still very noticeable and needs to be properly finished so it blends in with the rest of the wall. Am just bagging over old crappy brown bricks with mortar so I can paint over. Finish is a rough bag, not needing a render finish . I have done front wall in about 4 hours. I need someone to look at a render issue I have at my house. I think I have been a bit too keen with the whipper snipper and need some advice on repairing the issue.

The awning blew off in a storm and needs to be reinstalled. The top fixings are still there, but the bottom ones were 10mm coarse thread screws that pulled out. I think a couple of 10mm dynabolts will do it, and I have some if needed. It's on the upper story so you need to get up on the roof to do the job. I have a ladder.
