Am just bagging over old crappy brown bricks with mortar so I can paint over. Finish is a rough bag, not needing a render finish . I have done front wall in about 4 hours. Have 3 x walls to do ( one is a high pitch) Have all mortar on site. Happy to help do another wall or let you do the 3. Walls are aprx 10m x 2.4m (less doors and windows)

1. Timber ramp to be removed- approx 3 m long and disposed of most of the timber 2. Balustrades to be re-attached as some have rotted a bit 3. Decking to be re- nailed here and there 4. New balustrade (see blue line on the photo, construction details tbc) 5..And about 4 timber treads to be replaced. (Metal stringers are ok condition) 6. And 4 timber treads to be replaced, timber strings to be assessed but I think it is ok.) I can send more photos as I am at the house tomorrow. (8th) Thank you
