Hello! We are adding a kitchen downstairs and need a licensed plumber to run plumbing for it. Directly above this kitchen is the upstairs kitchen. Waste may be a bit tricky as the external wall has a door in the way, so we’ll likely need to cut into the slab outside to reach the existing waste. There are waste pipes directly outside where the kitchen is going, but these are sewerage and gutters. The sliding door currently there will soon be a wall/window. Please disregard the mess, this will be gone when you come in 😂 We are also owner-builders and can do anything that doesn’t require a licensed plumber. For example, we can handle re-pouring concrete, builders waste, etc. Pics attached are of sliding door which will be packed in around a window (need to discuss where in this process would be easiest to install plumbing), the existing plumbing outside, new floor plan, and the pesky laundry door where the plumbing will run across. Open to lifting the door higher if that would be easier/cheaper than a slab cut. Seeking quotes and timelines, kitchen itself is arriving Sunday. Thank you!!
