I need old bench top dishwasher removed and new bench top dishwasher installed. Simple job, pipe runs from dishwasher under sink to main drain, all main lines and holes already in place, just a matter of exchange. Old dishwasher to be removed.

Replace 3 toilet cisterns and 1 kitchen flick mixer. I have purchased the cisterns and flick mixer already just need the labour please. I am aware the walls in the toilets will need touching up and am willing to do that OR work in conjunction with you to paint as you take old cisterns off then put new cisterns into the painted areas…. I’m really flexible. Was previously over quoted for this so pretty please only genuine quotes.

Work needed: * Inspect shower enclosure, door track, corners, and silicone seals. * Use a moisture meter to identify any existing moisture intrusion and help pinpoint the source of the leak. * Remove and replace failed silicone/sealant where required. * Re-test after repairs and confirm moisture readings where practical. * Must have a moisture meter and be able to demonstrate findings. * Experience with shower leak diagnosis and shower resealing preferred. Replace existing kitchen sink mixer with a new pull-out sink mixer. Needs to be installed by licensed plumber for the warranty. Install one hot water mini stop (isolation valve) at the same time. All connections are already threaded. No pipe cutting, soldering or pressing required. Mini stop supplied by me. Cold side already has an isolation valve.
