Nice clean install with no obvious markings after cleanup, all equipment works as described and hoped for, we would certainly use Matt again for any new works.

Install a fridge waterline to an F&P fridge with flexihose. Sink/water point is on opposite side of fridge, so the line needs to run along inside the cabinetry and somehow along the wall (see photos). The kitchen is in an apartment, so there is limited access to ceiling etc.

Tenant is away, and neighbour notified me of the sound of 'water running'. Neighbour on other side got key, checked, cistern is 'running'. Seems like rubber washer at the bottom is leaking ($5 part) or mechanism needs replacing ($50 part). Seems like a 30-minute job (have done it myself in the past), not a full-on plumbing task. Neighbour took a video of the problem, but I can only upload a still image. Flat is in West End, Qld, but I am in Sydney. So, access will be arranged through neighbour. - Due date: Flexible
