The water isn't draining

I need a toilet fixed in a commerical business - currently won't flush. Unsure what the issue is.

Replace existing sink mixer

Just need a plumber or someone who can easily do this. Take 15mins to do

Toilet won't flush, have sent down a snake, not sure if it blocks, it does run for a while occasionally but mostly you push the button and nothing happens

Need the toilet seat flap/cover tightened in 2 bathrooms. As the flap has become loose and keeps falling off.

We are a commericial business needing 1x toilet to be unclogged. We expect this to be straighforward fix, though we unfortunately do not have a plunge. You will need to please bring one with you. Hoping to have someone come in today 21/06/24. Thank you!

Disconnect the water inlet

We are in a privately owned office suite and the tap in our bathroom wont stop running. Just need a plumber to come in before Close of Business today or during business hours tomorrow to fix it.

Tank needs to be reset with new water and cleaned and possible fresh sand replaced. PH levels checked and removal of dead fish

I want to install a bidet seat on 2x bathrooms in my apartment. The toilets has no exposed pipes. See photos.

Please see the two photos. I need this plumbing tidied up. The outlet pipe from the washing machine is just flowing into the laundry tub. The plumbing underneath the tub probably needs replacing because the flexible hose is detached and the old inlet hole for washing machine waste is covered over with a piece of plastic and a rubber band. How much is this job worth? I am happy to answer any questions.

I would like to move the laundry in the garage from one wall to the other - first step I need to move the plumbing from one corner wall to the other. There is plumbing for the washing machine (ht and cold) and plumbing or the laundry sink. The garage walls are made of bricks Thanks

Gutter is leaking near back door and requires new sealant or replacement.

We're looking to change a tap within our business from the existing tap to a sensor tap (to be provided). We would require it to be done preferably outside of business hours to minimise any disruptions from water shut offs to our members. We would need some advice first regarding whether or not the sensor tap selected is workable within our current system, details of taps can be sent through after offer or if an inspection of the area first is preferable that can also be arranged. - Due date: Before Friday, 24 November 2023
