Find an experienced plumber in Kalinga

I’m looking for an experienced handyman or plumber to repair my kitchen sink mixer tap. The tap has become loose at the base and wobbles when it’s rotated from one sink to the other. It still works perfectly, but the entire tap moves because it’s no longer securely fastened. I’m hoping someone can: * Inspect the tap and determine why it’s loose. * Tighten and securely fasten the mixer tap from underneath the sink. * Replace any worn seals, washers, rubber gasket or fixing hardware if required. * Ensure the tap is stable and rotates smoothly without wobbling. I’ve attached photos showing the tap and the base where it’s loose. Please bring any common replacement parts or hardware that may be needed, just in case.

Rain pipe has come away and needs to be fixed/reconnected

My Fisher and Paykel French door fridge (about 11 years old) keeps forming a thick sheet of ice in the base of the freezer and water is leaking onto the floor. I already cleared the ice a few weeks ago so it looks like the defrost drain is freezing or blocked again. I need someone who can: • remove the inside freezer panel • fully clear the evaporator drain and drain tube • check the drain heater and replace it if needed • check the inlet valve and water line (plumbed fridge) for leaks • make sure the drain flows properly so the problem doesn’t return You’ll need experience with Fisher and Paykel French door bottom freezer models.

Check water hose connection to dishwasher to identify source of leaking water.

Need removal of existing vanity and new vanity installed with bench top and basin. Mixer tap and waste installation for new vanity. New plumbing from under the house to the new vanity as existing pipe is poorly connected. Installation of shaving cabinet if possible.

Blocked waste drain that 3 drains lead into. Have tried using a drain auger but think o need an expert!

Require a plumber to disconnect pipe from plumbed fridge. See photo

Check spec of current toilet and recommend new one

One end of gutter where down pipe is located is too high. Need to disconnect and reconnect lower so gutter flows towards down pipe. Roofer had said best to be done by a chippy
