I have two new taps to swap. One is the same style as the worn out one in the bathroom. The other is putting in a tap with a sink sprayer in the kitchen

A few handyman fixes required before 12pm tomorrow at my ground floor unit in Milton: * Toilet roll holder is loose - my partner tried to fix it but says the screw is lodged in and he can't get it out - will need to re drill through tile but he was hesitant to do that as he's never done it before - and we don't have the right screws for it. Will need to bring screws and comfortable drilling tile / have installed toilet roll holders before. * TV stand is not screwed to the TV - lost the screws and don't know what size to use - would suit if you have a selection of screws on you to try out please. * Remove and install a new small clothes line (similar to existing) On site visitor and street parking available.

Stove Burner not working due to wire issues

I need to have my water filtration system replaced, and I will provide the filter. Additionally, I’d like to have my tap moved to my new apartment within the same building, along with the water filter. This means: The existing tap in my current apartment should be reinstalled before I move out. In the new apartment, the tap should be replaced with my filtered tap. With the water filer The process should be straightforward and should take approximately an hour. Please let me know if this is feasible and when it can be scheduled. I plan to put in cabinetry where this bath is. I need a plumber to dismantle it and remove the taps etc. I can take to the tip if I have to.

I'm doing a minor kitchen renovation at the moment adding a new bar cabinet, and am looking for a licensed plumber to: 1. Install new drain / cold water tap ready for a coffee machine to be plumbed in 2. Install new cold water tap above fridge. Existing floor waste is adjacent to where the coffee machine needs to drain and is currently being used as a drainage point for A/C return feeds in-wall (see photo) - and needs to be extended across 30cm to under where new cabinet will go. Cold water line runs above new tap point - plaster has already been removed - see photo and plan. Cold water line for fridge can be installed in cavity above - again plaster already removed. I'm looking for someone to unblock this drain, fix this leaking on the roof and leaking on the wall (2 separated leaking)

Having issues with my studio hot water. Takes a while to heat up and now dosnt last very long. Have been advised water is pretty much cold/freezing cold.

I have found very small leakage under the kitchen sink. The leakage is unclear from where it is. Another is at the joint of tap.

Need a qualified plumber to complete the below work: previous plumber has hurt himself and can’t do the job. Collect all materials and travel to site Isolating all services Cutting hole in plaster wall to access services Installing 1x waste line into existing drainage inside cavity Installing hot and cold water lines with isolation valves inside wall for water connection hoses Assembly of hoses and drain parts Connecting to new points Test and commission Clean up Submit form 4 to qbcc

Attach new PVC piping to existing PVC outlet pipe (approx. 30mm) to take water to ground level. See photos. Will require a few metres of PVC pipe and some elbows. The pipe needs to be attached to the wall and lead down to the bottom of the stairs (where the water currently drips anyway) but at least it will keep the stairs drier and avoid further damage to the edging of the grout where it joins the wall. We will look at installing a drain at a later date, but that's not your concern at this stage. This job does not require plumbing skills. Measure, cut some pipe, put in some bends and divert it.

Need plumber to connect ice maker inlet to main line and install taps for washing machine. All hot and cold copper is already there so not a hard job. - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 15 October 2023

Hot water is not working in bathroom sink. The cold water works but not the hot water. When I turn the knob, no water comes out. Boyfriend has tried to fix with no luck. - Due date: Flexible

I think my tempering valve is not working, as I'm not getting hot water in my kitchen or 2nd bathroom, but I am in my ensure. I live in an apartment block. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 26 July 2023
