Need to have two toilet seats removed.

There is a hose that appears to be attached to the tap that is leaking. The tap might also be leaking. I have a replacement tap.

Looking for a licensed plumber to replace an old fixed shower head with a rail shower. Rail shower parts have been bought from ABI Interiors (head, hose, rail, BP thing). Keeping the old taps but these may also need to be checked if washers need adjusting. If you can top up the silicone in the corner of the shower too, that would be great. Note that our internal walls are brick. In a block of 6 units and I believe there's only 1 water shut off for the whole building so I'm hoping this can be done without needing to turn off water supply, or only needed very briefly.

We are looking for a plumber or suitably proficient handyman to fix the water pressure in our kitchen mixer tap. Both the hot and cold water coming from our mixer tap is running extremely slowly. We replaced the mixer tap around 18 months ago when the previous tap sprung a leak in one of the under-cabinet hoses from corrosion. Our replacement was like for like however since then the water pressure coming out of the tap has reduced to barely a trickle. The lines under the sink have lots of pressure as does every other tap in our house but for some reason the kitchen tap is terrible. Need advice on how to fix it or if need be installation of a new tap if the existing one is not fixable.

We are replacing some old bath taps. We got one tap cover off but it took the tap body with it. We have put one of the new ones in there just to stop any drips. What we would like is 1) Remove the other tap cover and assembly. 2) On both, install the new ones so we can get the water back on. We are refinishing the tiles so we will just screw the actual handles on later.

Inspection and fix of dishwasher. Not draining properly.

I have noticed a small drip from the coupling on the side of my skew toilet to the piping. Looks like the silicone is quite old. Probably needs to be scraped out and reapplied etc.

Our shower is leaking, and the suspect washers need replacing. We require a plumber to replace/fix.

Hi! The tap in the laundry is leaking. It needs a new seal I guess. Also needs the washing machine connected and the feet adjusted please.

I have an old style townhouse with old hot/cold water pipes under the sink. They are rusted/corroded and unable to be unscrewed to replace the mixer. The pipes need to be cut down and replaced with new fittings. (excuse my hand)
