2 tasks here. We have a blocked toilet and a kitchen sink where the adhesive has come off and the sink needs re-fitted.

We fitted a new kitchen mixer tap today but is still leaking from hose fitting under sink high up in confined space. Need someone with experience and correct tools to please stop the leak.we could only hand tighten bolt as didn’t have correct tools so hoping this is all that’s needed. Difficult to access as connection high up between underside of 2 sinks. See photos. Top of middle brass fitting is leaking. Thanks.

Shower hose / head holder, the sliding (up/down) mechanism is not holding its position - the plastic slider I think is broken. I need a handyman or plumber that can work out how to fix this please.

My hot water system is only producing warm and lukewarm water ever since winter started. I’ve found the issue is the Tempering valve needs replacement. I have a 5 burner Miele gas top. The main one ignites and burns for 70-80 seconds and then shuts off spontaneously. Repeatedly after 70-80 seconds. Almost like it's on a timer. Task is to repair the faulty burner so it stays on. This is not an issue with the other burners.
