Clean the copper pipe and re-seal/replace the olive. Parts Provided: I have already purchased all the major hardware and consumables from Bunnings, so you just need to bring your tools. Gas fitter to connect a deep fryer

Looking for an experienced handyman or plumber to fix a small leak under a bathroom vanity sink. The leak appears to be coming from the connection between the sink waste and the plastic P-trap. From my inspection, it is likely that the rubber compression washer/seal inside the threaded connection has deteriorated and needs replacing. Job includes: * Inspect the leak * Replace the rubber washer/seal if required * Reassemble the trap correctly * Test to ensure there are no leaks Please bring the appropriate replacement washers/seals and any necessary tools.

The toilet is refilling very slowly after flushing. Previous tenant advised the inlet / fill valve inside the tank sometimes gets stuck, particularly when the toilet hasn’t been used for a while.
