My toilet won't flush properly and I need it to be fixed. I would also like someone to take a look at a very minor leak that has previously come through the floors close to the bathroom area. :)

Need plumbing opinion on few issues in out unit- dishwasher, water pressure on kitchen taps and toilet that repeatedly blocks

1) Flushing issue with inadequate water and takes long time to fill up the cistern 2) Downstairs laundry sink tap not having enough flow on both sides, specially the hot water side. Very thin water stream from tap.

Plumbing for a new fridge

Had a pre-sale building and pest inspection done ahead of auctioning my house. Report found minor leak on our hot water system from one of the valves - assume valve is worn or the seals??. Keen to get it fixed. See first 4 photos We have a second system with no leaks (photos 5 &6), but would be good to pre-empt any similar issue by replacing any seals on this system if it’s an easy job.

Restaurant kitchen pipes have come loose from the bottom of the sink, and don’t seem to be properly attached to the floor. Looking for somebody to tidy the whole lot up, increase water pressure, and install a new sprayer.

I need to have a hair washbasin plumbed into and next to a kitchenette in a shop in East Brisbane. There are water pipes in the cupboard next to the area where the washbasin will be, but there’s no hot water. A small hot water instant hot water system needs to be installed as well.

Want to remove 2 x bide systems (it appears previous owners added them in) and replace 2 x toilet seats. I have not purchased the toilet seats yet but can buy them tonight or pay you to get ones of the right size. The existing ones are too small for the toilet. Replace kitchen sink tap. New tap is already purchased.

Existing copper pipes to reset behind wall

To remove current vanity basin that is leaking and replace with new one. Use existing tapeware and drainage pipes. Will need to supply new basin to the value of approx $200. No requirement to cut into bench prefer a clean swap. Basin needs to be rectangle shape minimum 500mm x maximum depth 500mm - please discuss. Existing vanity to be stored under house ie not available for resale or to be taken.

Labour required - Need to replace existing toilet with new toilet, dispose of old toilet.
