Had a pre-sale building and pest inspection done ahead of auctioning my house. Report found minor leak on our hot water system from one of the valves - assume valve is worn or the seals??. Keen to get it fixed. See first 4 photos We have a second system with no leaks (photos 5 &6), but would be good to pre-empt any similar issue by replacing any seals on this system if it’s an easy job.

My shower drain is draining very slowly due to a build-up of hair and product. I’ve already tried a drain cleaner and removed what I could reach by hand, which helped slightly, but the blockage will likely require the proper tools to clear. While you’re here, I’d also appreciate a quick look at the bathroom sink, which occasionally drains slowly and may have a minor blockage developing. Looking for someone with experience clearing household drain blockages and who can leave both drains flowing freely and clean.

i leaned on the sink and it half fell off but it’s still connected. the silicone seal has come loose so now whenever i turn the water on it leaks into the cabinet underneath and the floor.

Description Just need a quote for a plumber to install a new Everhard Stainless Steel laundry unit into an existing space. I have removed the old unit and removed the splashback tiles and have prepped the flooring and walls ready to fit the new unit (all the hard stuff). Existing pipes from the old unit can be used, or if they are too old, happy to pay for new PVC pipes (s trap, washing machine outlet/pipe). Job will just include fitting the new laundry unit into that corner (cutting a hole in the side of the stainess steel unit to fit the pipe from the wall), and attaching the pipes/plumbing (which will include one washing machine waste/pipe on the left side), and fitting the new unit to the wall/floor and sealing/caulking the tub to the unit etc. after new new unit is installed/flush to the walls, i will be tiling the splashbacks and installing new tapware (so that does not need to be in the quote).

My Miele dishwasher has the ‘Drain’ warning appearing and water is pooling in the machine. I cleaned out the filter and drained the water once, but the warning appeared again and there was even more water so it would be great to get some help to check out the hose/see if there’s a different issue.
