Looking for handy person that can do a few small things at once. The following needs fixing: -leaking drain pipe near entrance under house -loose shower head in room 2 -loose door knob. -window lock in room 2 not working Turn outside light off.

Room 2 -remove the existing inlet valve and outlet washer. -supply and install 1 x inlet valve and 1 x outlet washer. -leave the area in a clean and tidy condition. Room 1 -clean out taps to increase the water flow in bathroom sink. inspect and make sure work is completed and in working order. must have warranty on work and insurance. i have videos from rental manager but air tasker won't let me upload videos.

Permanently disconnect ice water line from old fridge and secure disconnection from under the sink.

I'm looking for a plumber or someone skilled enough to connect a bidet in a bathroom of our new place. I have a new one or I'm happy if you have a preferred one, if you choose that instead, I'm happy to pay for that as well. We get the keys on the 18th and I'm hoping to have this done on the 19th.
