Hey, looking for an independent plumber (just you, no team) to swap out my existing bathroom vanity unit. Old one's coming out—disconnect plumbing, remove it cleanly. New one's bought and ready—hook up water supply, waste pipe, taps, seal everything up, test for leaks. I also have the new mixer and vanity base and RHS infill panel (if required),2 new small stop cocks and right angle bends. Existing vanity has 12mm copper pipes right up to the bottom of the two taps. I don't want any Shark Bite fitting used. Photos of old and new can be provided

The drain plug in the sink of the first bathroom is broken and won’t pop up.

Disconnect and remove old oven and stove. Install replacement stove and oven. Stovetop existing wiring is bonded neutral/earth, will need new cable run to Switchboard - run is short (<10m)

During heavy rain, the gutter overflows and water spills directly underneath, causing flooding to the apartment below. Scope of work: • Inspect the existing gutter fall and identify exact cause of overflow • Install one new downpipe at the corner • Install an additional downpipe in the middle section • Ensure both downpipes are properly connected to stormwater in a neat and visually tidy way • Adjust fall/gradient if required so water flows correctly to the outlets • Provide a clean, long-term solution that prevents water entering the apartment underneath Photos can be provided to help with quoting. I have a fisher and paykel fridge that was beeping . It could probably be fixed . I have. Party this sat that I need a fridge for . I have bought the same one but couldn’t get Harvey Norman to install In the time . It has a unique water system so I believe I need a specialist . I’ll provide photos . I’d like a visit tomorrow or even late today / tonight . If you can take away old fridge you should be able to fix and sell . It was making a beeping sound and had turned off so I had no time to get it investigated . I’ll pay $100 extra to get it taken away , would need a trolly

In the bathroom sink (right near the unit), the hot water fluctuates constantly – hot, then cold, then hot again. We’re not sure if it’s a problem with the pipes, if the unit is too small or outdated, or something else entirely. Kitchen cabinet had water leak thus is damaged. I think ply over the top will suffice. Unknown budget - I wish to discuss
