Toilet almost continually running slightly. Stopped after flushing but then starts running again

Need a plumber to fix a leaking bathroom vanity tap and also a leaking garden tap. Need someone who can do this job by 8am or after 6pm if done on a weekday. If the work can be done on a Saturday it's even better as I'm flexible with time.

Disconnect the washing machine and dryer located in Fairfield. We will pay extra if you can transfer both machines (15 minutes away), otherwise just help us load it into our car and we can transfer them ourselves.

-Shower Drainage pipe need to be relocated - one connection to be capped. Which was for bathtub as bathtub no longer v in use. - Form 4 Compliance Certificate needs to be provided - removing toilet seat and putting it back after tiles.

As per title. See photos. The pop up mechanism has sheared so may be difficult to unscrew and replace. If not possible, the whole sink assembly may need replacing

Our bathtub has a crack so we have a new tub to install. It is larger than current and has levelling feet so will sit directly over place of old bathtub. We will remove old and can have new bath tub sitting in place just might need help fitting drain pipe and sealing around new tub to tiled wall and floor. Plenty of space and easy access under the house to access drain pipe. Main task that is outside my skills that will need to be done is the existing bath tap which is in a tiled wall is too low for new bath tub so it needs to be moved higher - require plumber for this task. We have a spare tile to replace the removed one. Im unsure of time it will take and hence price few hrs work, so please quote price you think it will cost or hourly rate.

Due to stains that I haven't been able to remove from the vanity top, I need a quote to replace the vanity top (600 width). There is fiddly cutting out around pipes and sealing in the cabinet thus I assume it would be cheaper to replace only the top. The top is glued with silicon to both the cabinet all of the way around and to both walls behind and I would like the new top to be installed with the same water proofing. Taps come out of the wall and thus shouldn't need to be touched. The only plumbing is to connect the waste to the waste pipe (normal waste, I hate popup wastes). The waste can be reused if this is cheapest. Here is a breakdown of what is to be done: * cut existing vanity top off by cutting all silicon between top and cabinet and top and tiled wall * disconnect the waste from waste pipe. *Order and receive delivery (or pick up) of suitable and similar vanity top to what is currently there (came from bunnings but the existing top only comes as a set with cabinet). *Seal new vanity to base cabinet and to both walls *Connect waste to new top and to waste pipe. Block any tap hole in the new vanity (reuse the filling piece from old vanity if suitable) *Clean up all mess

Have a leaking shower. Need taps and shower head changed. Have the new shower head and taps need them to be installed. Have added a photo of the new taps and shower head. Also getting a F24 error on the dishwasher. Need it also fixed. Dishwasher model is Fisher & Paykel model DDD199A

Rain Water Tank is Over Filling from Council Water. When Rain Water tank is fill it is still receiving Water and then back out the drain to road.
