About 12 months ago we had a blockage in the storm water system. I had someone cone out and high pressure unblock it. He reported there were two locarions where the pipe was broken, both on the council strip. The breaks were likely due to some rotary hoing i did a few years ago. Time to get it fixed

We require a new sink and single flock mixer installed, new s bend connect to existing waste pipe, install new water feed hose to tap and into existing water pipe. Stone bench tops are being installed on Thursday afternoon, maybe job could be Friday or Saturday or Monday at the latest.

The connection from the aircon to the basin has a small leak when the aircon is in use.
