We got a leaking sink on our kitchen.

Hi, I have a hot water system I would like to move onto a timer. I have attached a photo of my meterboard.

Looking for licensed plumber for toilet repair. A recent attempt to adjust the toilet fill speed has resulted in a leakage and a valve failure. The wall-mounted valve is in heavy oxidation. After turning the valve, water is now leaking directly from there. It appears the internal components have broken or separated. So the valve is no longer controlling the flow to the cistern but is instead leaking externally. The cistern previously took several minutes to fill. After adjustment, the fill valve now fails to shut off, causing the cistern to overflow. Speculation: The internal spindle of the wall tap has likely snapped or detached, creating a gap for water to escape.
