I need a licensed plumber / solar hot water specialist to inspect and repair an issue with my solar hot water system. Details of the issue: 1. No Hot Water at Night (Last 2 nights): For the past two nights, there has been no hot water at all during the evening/night. During the day, the water is warm (heated by the sun), so I suspect the electric booster element or the night thermostat is not turning on. 2. Humming / Vibrating Noise in Pipes: Since April, we have heard a persistent humming or vibrating noise coming from the pipes/wall near the granny flat. It used to happen mostly at night, but over the past week, it has also started happening during the day. I have video/audio recordings of the sound to show you. On Thursday I need to have a cap-off done for my bathroom toilet, bathtub, sink and shower. Then I will remove the tiles and gyprock. Then a week later the new villaboard and gyprock will be installed. I don't need any pipes moved but will just need to change the shower to a flick mixer tap. It will be the same provisioning required for the existing setup Then after the tiling, I will need the fitout done for the new toilet, bath, sink and shower Please advise the price for this work

Remove old mixer tap and install new tap in kitchen.

In the morning particularly when the room is cool, a egg smell is evident from the ensuite bathroom - unknown cause, have tried using drain cleaner which seems to temporarily fix the problem.

The valve on the side of the house seems faulty. Pressure is inconsistent but I can turn it on and off to restore. I actually think it is broken but still working.

We would like assistance with a broken washer on our Fienza toilet seat (we think model S3389-3) which requires removal and replacing. In addition one of the holes of the toilet seat has moved out of alignment and requires realignment. This impacts reconnecting the toilet seat to the toilet. See photos.
