My hot water isn’t working - Due date: Flexible

Licensed plumber required to bypass water tank/pump. Currently the water tank feeds the washing machine, toilets and outside tap via a pump. The water tank filtration has never been installed and water quality is not acceptable so I would like to bypass the tank/pump system and feed the mains water directly to the intake for the washing machine, toilets and tap. There is a T junction that refills the water tank when the water level gets too low, so I'm hoping it just needs to be redirected from feeding the water tank to directly to the house. I'm not a plumber, but I believe the job will require: - Replacing the T junction as it currently has 19mm pipe between the mains water and the water heater, but only a 13mm pipe to the water tank. The pipe that goes in to the house to feed washing machine/toilets is 19mm. - Bending a 19mm pipe to connect the new T junction to the house - Replacing the bracket that feeds the pump to the house. Removal of the pump or tank is not required. I've attached a couple of photos to show what we need.
