Timber framed external awning to be constructed over our new invertors & batteries to protect from the sunshine (north facing wall). Ideally to match similar to the two external awnings over our existing windows (see pictures). Dimensions for awning needed - 3.15m wide, with a 600mm overhang, 500mm deep off the wall and a 300mm drop from top to bottom (to match existing awnings) Needs placing 500mm above invertors for compliance (so may not be level with existing awnings which is fine). We have some spare timber on site that could be utilised, so an inspection prior to quotation may help in terms of pricing up. No painting necessary but all fixings to be included as part of quote.

Wood rot to parts of the patio balustrades, bottom rails to the front patio are installed backwards, insufficient balustrade height to the rear patio, some loose and rusty fixings to the balustrades, balustrades are nailed not screwed.

Need some holes patched up. Not sure what to ask sorry. The big hole was done by my now EX gf of 16 years 🤬 it's about my thumb to pinkie wide. The other holes are very small about 20c size. We will do the painting😊

Render patch and fill small holes on a few small areas on brick work. Gound story house in wynnum west. We will paint ourselves once the render is patched.

We are wanting a damaged ceiling panel to be replaced and believe it may be asbestos. Plasterer needs to be aware and able to handle the appropriate asbestos removal actions to complete task. PPE is to be supplied by plasterer. We can supply measurements and images after offered has been made.

I have a very old IXL Tastic 3-in-1 heat, light and fan unit that I want to replace with a unit I bought from Aldi. Also replace an old power point.
