The job includes: * Install plasterboard from the existing wall right up to the ceiling * Cut around 3 existing electrical points/outlets * Ensure plasterboard is securely fixed, straight and ready for finishing * Tidy finish around the electrical cut-outs I already have the plasterboard, so please quote primarily for labour and any additional materials required. Finish plastering entry wall + kitchen cornice ready for painting We’ve nearly finished our laundry renovation and just need the final plastering work completed. We are looking for someone experienced in plastering/finishing to: * Finish and set the newly sheeted wall around the laundry entry/opening * Set/fill all joins, screw holes and edges * Finish around the doorway and adjoining wall sections * Repair/finish the ceiling joins where required * Install/finish the remaining cornice in the kitchen/laundry entry area * Sand everything smooth and leave the area completely ready for painting Plasterboard has already been installed, so this is mainly finishing/set work and cornice. Happy to supply materials if needed, however preference is for someone who can supply their own materials and has all their own tools — I’ve practically been living at Bunnings throughout this renovation and would love not to make another trip 😂 Photos show the current condition. I am remodelling my kitchen. I took down a wall and I need the ceiling and wall patched up. The plaster thickness is 10mm. The ceiling hole approx sizes are: - 500mm x 300mm - 2600mm x 300mm Wall size hole is about 2500mm x 200mm Also there is a small section of cornice, which has a wall drop of 90mm. This is about 300mm wide. Also I took tiles and plaster off for a new kitchen backsplash. This needs to be replaced, but I will be putting tiles on top of this, this does not need a good finish in this section. - 2600mm x 320mm - 2560mm x 320mm Finally one small light switch hole that has moved needs patching up.

The supporting beam under the slatted awning in the photos is rotten and needs to be replaced. A whole piece should be running from one post to the other. I can do the painting myself, I just need the timber replaced. The job can be done on these dates: 9-10-11th of January.

I need a qualified and experienced tradesperson to urgently inspect and repair a sliding glass door at a rental property.
