Hoping to get some help with 3 jobs 1. Relocate 3-4 outlets (power, ethernet/coax) to behind existing TV, and run cabling behind wall into entertainment unit 2. Recommission 2 previously blanked outlets (all wiring still there - just needs the outlets reinstalled) 3. Install dimmer switch on existing normal light switch Happy to answer and questions or provide pics.

1. Move electrical power point approx 1m to behind tv cabinet. 2. Cover up old power point. 3. Mount tv to wall. 4. Add a clean hole behind mounted tv and next to new electrical power point for cable access.

Just needed a sauna dismantled to fit through door and taken down stairs please.

I have half painted these railings so need them finished and the top rail painted aswell. Most of the back of the pailings needs doing and not pictured is a small gate that needs doing on both sides. I have paint.

New balustrades running up two flights of stairs. Easy access. I’ll be working alongside. I’ll have the balustrades bogged, gapped and puttied. Ready to paint. I will supply paint

Rendering on outer walls has either broken off or become loose and needs to be fixed so that the painters can continue their painting. Some are small areas and others are slightly larger. The largest area is difficult to show with just a photo but I do have a small video to show where it is loose. The area is about a metre by 600mm in size.

6x4m ceiling to be sheeted and plastered

Patching to existing render and make ready for painting. Clean up joint between James Hardie fine texture sheets and existing rendered brick wall below. Patch old bracket holes, etc.

Two Corners Repaired from minor damage. Couple of holes/dints in plaster need repair.

Quote required. Have about 4 areas around the house where there are holes in the ceiling due to other work done & water damage from an upstairs leaking pipe (pipe has been fixed). Would now like to get these holes repaired & painted. Would like to have this done on Wed 18/12. Thank you
