Job includes: • Patch and sand the holes • Prime and paint to match the existing wall colour (white, low sheen) • Rental property, so needs a clean finish that won't show at inspection Please bring your own materials. Had a aircon removed, need the outside wall gaps rendered. Gave small spot a go myself but looks bad.

Needing to fast track our reno. Had been doing a lot ourselves but have run out of time and need things finished. We have ceilings and walls that need sheeting and plastering plus cornices added. The ensuite bathroom is a possible added extra but not yet ready as we are waiting for plumbing (but I have added this in the photos). We have 12 areas in our home which need fixing/patching/plastering (to be ready for paint - by others) 9 holes were cut in our garage for running an NBN cable- we have existing plasterboard cutouts. An old awning needs to go. I don't have the tool nor ladder, plus the ground is on a slight decline so would need someone confident on stabilising during removal. I need the awning taken away too please
