Needing to fast track our reno. Had been doing a lot ourselves but have run out of time and need things finished. We have ceilings and walls that need sheeting and plastering plus cornices added. The ensuite bathroom is a possible added extra but not yet ready as we are waiting for plumbing (but I have added this in the photos). Need someone experienced and preferably available in about 2-3 weeks. Will provide the gyprock as we have already purchased it. We will also remove any rubbish so just needing installation & final finishing of cornicing etc.

Gyprock/Plaster Wall Repairs Looking for an experienced plasterer/gyprock repairer to repair several holes in internal walls. Work required: * Patch and repair 2 wall openings left after the removal of an old split-system air conditioner. * Repair multiple screw holes around the old air conditioner locations. * Repair 2 additional small holes in other walls. * Sand all repairs smooth and leave ready for painting (painting not required). We have 12 areas in our home which need fixing/patching/plastering (to be ready for paint - by others) 9 holes were cut in our garage for running an NBN cable- we have existing plasterboard cutouts. Need to be refixed in place and plastered. 1 hole in linen cupboard - we have plasterboard for repair. 2 areas of damage in bedrooms - needs to be made good. Less than 1 m2 - large patch about 1.2x0.4 m and two others around 150x 160 mm Have the gyprock Not sure of value of the work - probably could just replace the gyprock and plaster around it- I could sand and paint but open to discuss

Patch hole in wall, larger than hole shown to account for water damage going down wall under the hole. Probably 0.5m2. No painting needed as I can do that but repaired to the point of ready for paint. Easy access, ground floor, front of house. I’m flexible during week and weekend for repair.

Have a few joints that need tidying up and filling in . Need done asap . Pay cash . Isn’t a big job just need someone ti tidy it up .

I recently had a wall removed and i need the cornice to be replaced on both sides of the beam that was installed. I would need the cornice sourced

Set 3 walls, set ceiling where old wall has been removed, replace cornice in sections Install expansion joint in hallway and re set lounge room ceiling where sheets meet

Two plastering jobs: Gyprock sheet, set and sand: 1. Whole in wall where plumbing was repaired. 2. Plaster where wall hung sink is going once the plumber has roughed in the tap. Plumbing is being done Thursday 4th need plastering done BEFORE Tuesday 9th. Can be done any days/weekends.

We have a rectangle hole in our wall that was cut to install our security cameras. It measures 120mm x 230mm. We need the hole fixed. We will re-paint the wall ourselves - Due date: Before Saturday, 25 November 2023
