My toilet roll holder has become loose because there isn’t adequate timber support behind the plasterboard. A previous repair didn’t resolve the issue. I need someone experienced with plasterboard wall repairs who can: • Cut an access hole in the plasterboard. • Install a timber noggin securely between the studs behind the toilet roll holder. • Repair and patch the plasterboard. • Sand the repair ready for painting (or paint if you offer this service). • Reinstall the toilet roll holder by fixing it into the timber noggin so it is secure and remains level. Please only apply if you have experience with plasterboard repairs and installing timber backing behind walls. Photos of similar work would be appreciated. This is a repair, not a cosmetic fix. If you intend to use plasterboard anchors or hollow wall fixings only, please don’t apply to do this job. We will cover cost of paint.

3 x small areas of plastering and paint patch ups

Two new walls put in, need plastering and cornices done. (Need cornices provided please for the two walls as I haven’t got some). 1st wall 4.2mtX2.5mt -2nd wall 2.8X2.5mt. Also just needing 4 tennis ball sized holes fixed as well in laundry and days except sundays ☺️

2 doorways in an industrial building need to be blocked and painted. Photos attached. Doorway 1 (besser block photo) - use Gyprock Fyrcheck plasterboard on both sides. Siniat 64mm lipped steel wall studs. Tape and set plaster. Doesn’t need to look perfect but just pretty clean. Paint with white self priming paint. Doorway 2 - Same Gyprock Fyrcheck plasterboard with same studs. This doorway only needs plasterboard on one side and backside can be showing the studs - you can see in the pictures it’s metal cladding on the back. Tape and set. Paint with White Albatross colour self priming paint. Both doorways are standard width 820mm. Bid to include supply of all materials and use of own tools. Needs to be able to pass passive fire certification (we will arrange separately.)

Looking for a skilled handyman or carpenter to: 1. Install skirting board on a small wall section (approx. 1.6 m wide). 2. Patch the plasterboard behind where old skirting was removed — section has a couple of cutouts and cosmetic damage. 3. Prep the area for painting (light sanding + caulking to smooth the surface).

Handyman with plastering skills needed to attach noggin to studs behind wall in bathroom. Will need to cut hole in wall, attach noggin, plaster over the hole in wall, paint wall and reattach toilet roll holder to wall (to noggin) We will cover cost of paint.

Plumber previously fixed leak from ceiling and now the plaster needs to be sealed up again.

Hi, looking for someone to hang a large piece of art on a gyprock wall. Must supply appropriate hanging wire and equipment. I’m in Murarrie. Picture is 1050mm x 1360mm. See attached images of the fixings.

Needing a plaster to repair 2 very small sections Needs to be done tomorrow (Friday) after lunch. First job is a 2cm hole in ceiling that needs patching. Second job is to touch up dodgy hole from a toilet roll that someone has patched up previous but not well. No painting required. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 13 January 2023
