Looking for someone experienced to supply and install a canopy/awning over my front entrance in Mermaid Waters. I’m after a simple, modern design, ideally black or charcoal with a clear or lightly tinted polycarbonate roof, to suit the existing house. The main purpose is to protect the front door and new smart lock/doorbell from direct rain and weather. Happy with an affordable prefabricated canopy from Bunnings or similar if suitable. It does not need to be custom made. Task to include: • Supply of suitable canopy/awning • All required brackets, fixings and materials • Secure installation above the front door • Appropriate sealing/weatherproofing around fixings • Suitable fixing method for the existing exterior wall • Clean-up after installation Budget is around $500 all inclusive, but I’m open to reasonable offers depending on the product recommended and installation requirements. Installation needs to be suitable for an exposed Gold Coast entrance, including appropriate structural fixings for the existing wall and proper weather sealing. The canopy needs to withstand heavy rain and typical summer storm conditions. Please advise before installation if you don't consider the supplied fixings appropriate. Please let me know what canopy you would recommend/supply, total price including installation, and your earliest availability. Photos of the entrance are attached. Ideally looking to have this completed as soon as possible.

35kg 75inch tv onto gyprock wall, in centre, level, need heavy duty plugs if you cannot find studs. TV bracket supplied to me by contractor. Do not require cables to go behind walls.

As this awning extends to ground just cutting 24" off approx. Reattach to frame Would be get thd repair done.

Need to set and sand a 600mm x 600mm plasterboard above a front door on the exterior cantilevered eave.

I’m having the roof over an entrance gate repaired. It will be finished in blue board sheeting. The size is 200cm x 200cm x 20cm drop x 40cm horizontal return that stands on four square pillars. There is a 120cm x 120cm recessed wood panelled feature on the underside which is 10cm deep.

Gyprock will be installed by me on Wednesday but I need someone to plaster edges and joins on Thur/Fri/Sat. Roughly 20sqm. Tape and metal edging not supplied). Ceiling will be square set.

I need someone to repair (ideally render?) my mailbox. If not render I’m open to any cheaper options to patch it up. See pics. There is some damage on the back corner which just needs filling in. Will also need a slather of white paint all over! I can provide paint - if you have some already even better!

Recent water came through two ceilings, main one 2 x 2 metres, and other room 80cms x 50cms. Needs removal and replastering.

Install first PowerPoint at top of staircase. 2nd PowerPoint inside WC under staircase & replace an existing GPO with a new waterproof type one, suitable for outside.
