We’d like to have our 2 bathrooms painted white, both wall and floor tiles. We’d like the vanities to be painted dark gray. Both bathrooms are about 6 square meters. You are welcome to bring your own materials or we can provide them.

3 steps need to be rectified so the risers/goings are uniform/consistent. Property requires certification and this requires updating. Currently the steps are covered with floor boards

Have had a fixed velux skylight installed VELUX FCM 2270 - 665 x 1885, the edges have been plastered since photo. However may need a small amount of no more gaps filler around small nail gun tacks, and a very light hand sand prior to painting (internal only , white). See pictures. Price is to include purchase of these materials (however if I find left over supply in garage prior to job, I will supply and not reduce price). I don’t want any splashes of paint on the window or surrounds. It is not a large job, but I am looking for someone who prides themselves in a great professional finish (we always have more work in future to offer)

Command strips have ripped paint off of the wall, needing touched up.

Have a hole in a wall size of my thumb from a painting corner. I also have a few paint patches to fix from adhesive hooks that couldn’t come off without taking some paint off (at least 3 spots). Not sure what paint I need or how to fix it myself. We are moving out so need it done asap.

Put masking tape on windows during cyclone and this has removed small amounts of paint. Also dinted wall slight in carrying items up stairs

Wall that had 2 windows which have been filled in with blue board. This area need to be rendered to match the rest of the wall (paint not required, just render). There are a few small other areas that require patch rendering. Unsure of how much this costs normally.

Need two small holes patched at my apartment. They are each approximately 1 inch by 1cm so should only need basic patching. I would like someone to be able to apply some filler and then sand it again when dry, or leave a piece of sandpaper with me for me to sand.
