Iv just had my new home painted. There is some paint splatter on the window edges, floors, on the tiles and cabinets. There is about 3 hours worth of going around and clean/scraping off with turpentine and a scraper. I have all the equipment. Painted will be present to give instructions. About 3 hours worth of work. You will need industrial sander and to have completed this type of sanding previously We are based in Bonogin and require the work to be completed in approximately 2 weeks time

We are looking for an existing deck to be sanded back, so we can recoat it ourselves We haven’t completely finished the new deck, so looking to get the work done in a couple of weeks. Supply of materials and labour for the following: The first room is a small bedroom and is about 2.4m X 2.4. it has a wardrobe. This room will need cornicing. The lounge room is about 3.5 by 3m. This will need setting and cornicing. The kitchen already has cornicing in 3 of the 4 walls. The bathroom has render on 2 walls and tiles on the other and will just need setting and cornicing on 1 villa board wall. Can send photos. In photos the finished walls are rendered and will only need cornicing. Immediate start.
