I have a deck that's 4.72m wide x 9.6m long located in Ormeau Hills Sanded back and restained - putting house on market soon so need it to look presentable but we are time poor due to full time work

Small 3x1.5 deck needs to be sanded and re-stained. I already have the stain. Need to pull down and rebuild balustrades.

Would you like to replace the existing orange feature wall with gray. Paint will be supplied. Will have some ‘white’ to touch up where the ‘orange’ has gone too far. :-) Wall may need some small touch ups but is fairly good. Not sure how the grey will go but expect at least 2 coats. Anytime in the next few weeks is ok.

Hallway near join, tried to repair but didnt work. needs a redo and we need this done this weekend 23rd October first thing or on that day when someone is home.

I require a painter to apply a coat of varnish to the timber facade at the front of our single-storey property (see photo attached).
