- Very old single storey house. - Paint all interior walls, ceiling, doors, windows & skirting - No furniture at all, so easy to paint. Plus old floor carpet will be changed later, so no need to cover floor where there is carpet. - Being an old house, at some walls & ceiling paint is scraping off, so might need to sand it to prepare for painting - 2 rooms have wall paper that needs replacing, can either replace with new wallpaper or remove current wallpaper and paint the whole wall (which ever option is best). We need something very reasonable price as we do not want to spend alot due to house getting knockdown in couple of months. Note- I am not sure of these type of job's budget, so please feel free to put offer of your price.
