Hey there, I have a small personal training studio located in redfern. I need the walls painted black (we would like to roof left, just the walls). I have included a few photos but there is a few other small walls also. Hoping to have this job completed from a Friday- Monday as we close Friday morning and re-open Monday morning. The building (138 Little Eveleigh St, Redfern) is constructed with concrete blocks, and the front of the building needs to be painted (primer, two coats of exterior paint). The area is approximately 20 m2 (see photo). The work would need to happen on a Wednesday, preferably after 10am.

Small shower base (90cm x 90cm x 30cm) needs to be repainted. It is an enamel base, so requires epoxy paint. The base will need to be prepped and painted. I can do the prep and provide the paint if need be, just need someone more skill than me at applying epoxy paint successfully.

I want to give my family’s old dining table a new lease on life. I already attempted sanding down the table and staining it using the steel wool and vinegar ebony stain DIY trick, but didn’t receive the exact result I wanted. It will still need proper sanding, and I would like a black stain or matte black paint for the whole piece. It is heavy solid wood, so pick-up will also be required.

Green Mold in Bedroom and Black Mold in Bathroom. One of the walls in the living room has Mold as well. Need someone to help with removal. In the bedroom its spread out but the intensity of the mold is not a lot.
