I’m moving out of my apartment and have put a small hole in the wall. Hoping to get it filled? I have also pulled some pain off in a few spots (removing the sticky part of 3M hooks). The real estate might do paint after I move out, so unsure if this needs spot painting as well or just filling. Could you let me know how much for both options please?

Sand and stain the floor (with close matching colour) for timber tile 1) Some deep scratches might stay after sanding and coating. 2) The colour of the floor after sanding/coating, would not be 100% same with the original one. 3) The current floorboard has discontinued, so it is impossible to patch the damaged floorboard by same material. 10 Tiles that needs work.

There is a patch where paint has been taken off/ rubbed off.
