We have installed some new desks into an office and there is existing power from old desks so there is a loop from an existing power point through the joinery already. You will need to. Fit off of power points. Wire 3 loops into existing power points. To liven up. Must have electrical licence. Easy access to job. You can park 10m from the work location. Plenty of parking. No stairs or lifts.

Hi there, I need an experienced handyman to safely mount a large, heavy mirror. Dimensions: 150cm x 60cm Weight: Approx 15kg Mounting Type: The mirror has 4 recessed mounting holes on the back corners. Wall Type: Drywall/plasterboard with brickwork behind it. Requirements: Needs to be securely mounted using heavy-duty toggle anchors or by drilling through to the brickwork/studs so it is completely flush and safe. Plasterboard hooks are not suitable for this. Please bring appropriate heavy-duty fixings/screws. Looking to get this done as soon as possible. Thank you!

MASCOT not Rockdale. I want to partition upstairs from downstairs. There is currently a stairwell that goes up to the main part of the apartment. There is a solid balustrade that I would like a wall built on top it all the way to the lower floor ceiling. At the base of this new wall I need a lockable door installed, the door should be solid(external rated) and as large as possible the distance between the bottom of the stairs steps and main wall is 950 mm x 950 mm. It will be possible to remove some of the balustrade dressing to make this door at least 920 mm. Framed up sheeted and painted.

I need someone to repair the drywall in my apartment. I would’ve done it myself but honestly do not have time to make any mistakes so getting it done professionally is better. I’m looking for a reliable gyprocker to finish off the wall to make it cleaner. Will probably require a bit of sanding and paint over it. The paint is already at the property so will only require a sandpaper and paint roller.
