Approx dimensions: ~3.0m wide x 2.7m high (standard ceiling height in the building). Work required: Frame the wall with timber studs. Install Gyprock/plasterboard on both sides. Tape, set and sand joints for a smooth finish (ready for painting). Install a standard internal door (frame, hanging and handle installation). Ensure the work complies with apartment building regulations (no structural modifications). Note: The apartment is fully tenanted, so work needs to be clean, quiet and completed within 1-2 days. All tools and materials (studs, plasterboard, door, fixings) to be included in your quote. Please provide a quote including labour and materials, and let me know your availability in the next 4 weeks. Must have public liability insurance and relevant experience with apartment renovations.

MASCOT not Rockdale. I want to partition upstairs from downstairs. There is currently a stairwell that goes up to the main part of the apartment. There is a solid balustrade that I would like a wall built on top it all the way to the lower floor ceiling. At the base of this new wall I need a lockable door installed, the door should be solid(external rated) and as large as possible the distance between the bottom of the stairs steps and main wall is 950 mm x 950 mm. It will be possible to remove some of the balustrade dressing to make this door at least 920 mm. Framed up sheeted and painted.

I need someone to repair the drywall in my apartment. I would’ve done it myself but honestly do not have time to make any mistakes so getting it done professionally is better. I’m looking for a reliable gyprocker to finish off the wall to make it cleaner. Will probably require a bit of sanding and paint over it. The paint is already at the property so will only require a sandpaper and paint roller.

I need a built in wardrobe with sliding mirror doors disassembled and disposed of. wardrobe is 1.55 long.
