The repair must be completely seamless and so I can get my bond back. The job consists of: Re-securing: A 2-meter stretch along the top of the plasterboard has come loose and needs to be securely reattached. Plaster Repair: There is a cracked/broken section fitting within a 150mm x 200mm area. This will need a proper backing block, new gyprock patch, taping, mudding, and sanding perfectly flush. Full Wall Paint: To avoid any visible "halo" marks, the entire wall (Dimensions: 3000mm wide x 2330mm high) needs to be rolled corner-to-corner with 2 coats of paint. Paint Matching: I do not have the paint color name. You will need to take a small flake of the broken plasterboard to Bunnings/Dulux for a precise digital color match. Materials: Please include the cost of all premium materials (plaster, tape, matching paint, primer) in your offer. Timing & Availability: I am highly flexible with days. The work can be done anytime between Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. If you do it on weekdays, you are welcome to use fast-setting compound/heat guns to finish it in one visit. If you do it over the weekend, you can split it across two visits (Saturday patch, Sunday paint) if preferred. Budget is set at $800 based on the urgency and quality required. I need Gyprock installed into my 2.5m x 3.5m shed. A timber frame has been put up, with blocking and 600mm studs. The shed has a sliding door and a window, a 10mm gap has been left around those for the Gyprock. We’re wanting a square set finish around the door, window and ceiling (no cornice). The job is to install the gyrock, sand and patch - ready for paint. We already have the Gyprock and the corner bead here ready to go.

There’s one larger section of drywall that needs patching, along with a couple of smaller nail/screw holes that need filling and smoothing. Looking for a neat finish ready for painting. I currently have two power points in my apartment lounge and it’s just not enough when it’s also my wfh space etc. I’d like have two new power points put in. In the photo, the yellow mark ups are where the current points are. The green is where I would like the new ones. The green spot on the left is an internal wall, plasterboard.
