(I have already purchased the fan; it just needs to be assembled and installed). ​New PowerPoint Installation: Install 1x new double powerpoint on an enclosed balcony. The balcony is directly adjacent to the bedroom. Minor wall plastering/patching — Newtown We need a small plastering job done on our living room wall. A few holes have been left behind from a mounted TV cabinet that's been removed, so it's a minor patch-and-repair — very short and straightforward. The job is to fill and patch the holes and finish the wall back to a smooth, even surface, done correctly and ready for paint. one small round hole and a longer horizontal section where the fixings ran along the wall (photos attached for reference). Parking is accessible — we have our own car spot with a direct driveway, so easy access. This can be done anytime this week, whatever suits.

We had a split system air conditioner removed, and the approximately 8cm diameter hole has to be rendered. The air con was in the upstairs bedroom so the opening is one floor up and needs a tall ladder to reach. Thank you!

Do NOT want a full wall paint - Goal: Ideally not noticeable unless looking for it Attaching photos. I need an electrician to install: - Two ceiling drop lights removed and switched out with restored antique light fixtures. - - - Ceilings are 3-to-3.5m high. We don't have a ladder. I believe we have all the needed screws etc, but the job will require tools. Fixtures seem to be mounted well and it should be straightforward. - A damaged light switch (4 power points) repaired. Removalists dropped a bed on it and it's partly ripped out of the wall. The hole is old and there's brickwork missing. The power points are still working and it slots back in so it may just need to be reaffixed to the wall properly. Some damage to the plaster around it that also will need repair.

Looking for plasterer to repair damage in the internal wall in flat. Photos attached. If can paint over this once plastered that would be good to include in quote. Paint would need to be provided as none at property. Flexible on day of week and timing. Please include avails on when this can be done in response.

A bit of an unconventional task. I’m a renter, so I can’t have a proper AC set up. My only solution is a portable AC. I’m not a crafty or handy person, but I also don’t want flimsy cardboard boxes or pieces of cloth against my window. I need help executing the idea attached in the photos. Likely need a custom solution to perfectly fit the measurements of the awning windows. The job will involve closing off part of a large awning window with a suitable board/panel and cutting a hole to suit the exhaust hose, ensuring a neat look. I also want the light to still come in. The sides of the awning window will also need to be sealed. Along with the bottom part. (I only have the hose). You must supply all tools, materials and fittings required and be confident working with non-standard window setups. If the installation is successful and the unit runs well, we will be purchasing an additional unit and will require a second installation — and will book you again!
