Looking for someone to complete some minor maintenance work in our sauna: Lightly sand sauna benches and timber surfaces using 120–180 grit sandpaper. Wipe down all surfaces with a damp cloth afterwards to remove all sanding dust. Adjust 2 x sauna door closers so the doors close at the correct speed and operate smoothly. Check the door frames/closers and make any minor adjustments required. Requirements: Experience with basic timber maintenance and door closer adjustments. Must bring your own tools and sandpaper. Work must be completed neatly with all dust/debris cleaned up afterwards.

Small hole in plasterboard wall, approximately 2.5–3 cm. Need patching, sanding and paint touch-up. Located in Zetland.

I need to add a power point by extension from an existing power point on a concrete wall. It needs to run along the wall for about 5m and a new power point created on the perpendicular side of the wall as seen in picture.

I need to add 2 power points in an apartment. One is just on a gib wall where there is already a power point right behind it. The other one I need an electrician to route from a power point next to my bed then cable through, the bottom hole of the bookshelf and come out the other side of the bookshelf where my table is. I want to hang a very heavy picture and I need someone who knows how to find studs in walls using a stud finder to drill a hole through gyprock into the stud then screw in the bolt or screw. With the right tools and skills it should take only 10 or 15 minutes. It’s important to get it right first time, I don’t want a series of holes in the wall. You supply drill and stud finder. It’s important to note the job is to put a screw in a stud wall with minimal damage to the wall,,not to hang the picture which I will do myself. It doesn’t have to be today Sunday 13 April - it can be any time by Easter Saturday morning. I said my budget was $70. Offers over $100 are too expensive, sorry.

Patch up damaged and paint room plasterboard wall. Dimension in cms about 7× 7. It is about a golf ball size Seal／patch gap of side plasterboard wall on staircase, about 15cms Equipment and supplies: Tasker must provide

Removed a 3M hook and I pulled the top layer of sheeting and paint off. About a 3cmx3cm patch.
