GPOs in the kitchen in my apartment in Zetland a while ago and recently, the entire GPO has fallen apart and is no longer functioning. I am aware that I've had some issues now with the GPO when it was installed (I can send some photos) because there isn't enough timber around it to hold up the framing (a building error at the time). In my apartment the existing vents (my understanding is it’s a common riser that leads to a main suction unit at the roof) is extremely weak leading to misty showers and damp.
