We have two Daikin Split AC units in our apartment. Each has been tested for faults and I have the required scope of work. I’m looking for a technician who can order the required parts and come and replace them.

I need an electrician. The pendant light in the house was originally a 12V system, but due to issues with the LED light tubes, we replaced it with a new pendant light that needs to be connected directly to a 240V power supply. However, we discovered that the wiring coming down from the ceiling is already converted to 12V, so it is likely connected to a transformer somewhere in the circuit. The problem is that we have no idea where the transformer is located. We therefore need an electrician to investigate and resolve the issue.

The table lamp shown in the photos has stopped working, and I’m not sure what the cause is. You can see the brand name in the pictures. It is controlled by a small rotary dial that adjusts both the power and the brightness. I am looking for an experienced electrician or handyman to troubleshoot and fix it.

GPOs in the kitchen in my apartment in Zetland a while ago and recently, the entire GPO has fallen apart and is no longer functioning. I am aware that I've had some issues now with the GPO when it was installed (I can send some photos) because there isn't enough timber around it to hold up the framing (a building error at the time). Replace the GPO with a new one (I believe the backing - not just the face of the GPO) may need to be replaced as well. In my apartment the existing vents (my understanding is it’s a common riser that leads to a main suction unit at the roof) is extremely weak leading to misty showers and damp. I need help to install each of the Sahara 4 in 1 exhaust fan with fan forced heater into 2 of the bathroom ceilings and to connect the Sahara unit by ducting into the existing main bathroom vent ducts. Hi there, I would like to have a power outlet installed on the kitchen island. It already has one inside of the island, and I would like to add another one on the outside of the kitchen island. The kitchen island walls are wood. I would like a DGPO that has 1x USB-C and 1x USB-A ports as well. I need to add 2 power points in an apartment. One is just on a gib wall where there is already a power point right behind it. The other one I need an electrician to route from a power point next to my bed then cable through, the bottom hole of the bookshelf and come out the other side of the bookshelf where my table is. There is a space in my apartment with no electrical outlets, and I want to install an outlet on the wall.The two walls circled in green in the image are where we would like to add a new power outlet. A switch in my bathroom is connected to a row of LED lights and a fan. The switch no longer turns those things on. I will need a certified electrician to fix. The photos show the light switch and the led strip. The top switch is connected to the main light, which continues to work.
