I have a Daikan Split System air conditioner needed to be installed on a balcony 3 floors up in an apartment.

We ordered a Rinnai Electric Heat Pump and they delivered it to the front bedroom. We now need it moved out to the back of the house via a side lane, approx 20m house front to back. Please note it is very heavy, 120kg. We have a trolley and a strap to assist. No installation needed, just moving.

Need a licensed electrician to remove a single power socket in a drywall / gyprock wall and relocate it about 300mm below. This is due to a benchtop being installed in the laundry. Also need help to make sure the new socket is cut into the wall correctly, and finished with a high level of detail. This is a quick job, less than 30 minutes.
