Smoke alarm needs battery replacement. I think it takes a 9V battery, but I'm not sure. (I don't have a 9V battery or any other type of battery, so you'd have to bring it with you.) You'd have to bring a ladder, as I don't have one of those either. Standard height ceiling. It's beeping a couple times an hour and annoying me so if you could come around 5pm today (Sunday) that would be great.

Need two downlights replaced in our kitchen, lights will be supplied. We have replaced downlights previously in our house and unfortunately these are not a simple plug and play as the cable runs into the ceiling above (see photo).
