I am extremely disappointed in Geoff’s professionalism. Yes he completed the task we had posted, but even while he was doing it I specifically asked him for the guarantee provided by him for his work and he said he provides a guarantee for 12 months. After he changed the pipes, we began facing an issue where the hot water system (the pipes for which he had modified ) started banging every time we would use hot water from any tap in the house. We requested him to come have a look and he came and inspected and asked for another $180 to fix the issue which happened due to his work. Is that the meaning of Guarantee? It’s not like he was cheap when he did the first task, he took $420 to adjust the water temperature and even after specifically promising a guarantee he didn’t follow through. I am not the kind of person to leave a bad review but did so this time as I’m left with a bitter experience with Geoff.

Need a licensed plumber and leave us a receipt with plumber license when job finished. Prefer job to be done today or tomorrow ASAP. The job should not be too hard cause the replace one is exactly the same model with the old one. We already have the heater here. The job include: 1.Old tank remove and take away. 2.Install the new Rheem 50L hot water heater 3.6kw (exactly same model) on the same location 3.Install tempering valve 4.The location is in laundry, position is on the wall on top of the wash machine, we have move the wash machine aside. 5.We are on second floor. 6.We have hot and cold water, not sure duo valve need to be installed or not, pls quote as an extra just in case. 7.If you think anything might happen while I haven't mention here, please tell me and quote separately for that.
